Workshop on GD and Interview Techniques by T.I.M.E.

A workshop was organized at the Delhi Campus on 13 September by TIME (Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt. Ltd.). At the outset, Mr. Ajai Nayar and Mr.Olive explained the importance of Group Discussion and Interview in selecting the right candidate for the right job in today's competitive environment.

The nuances were explained through interesting examples from the corporate world. Interactive inputs from the students on topics like 'Do women make better managers?' made the session lively. After the presentation by the speakers, a live GD was carried out on the current and vibrant topic 'Is MTV influencing the Indian culture?' Eight students from MBA and BBA programs participated in the GD. Due to active participation of large section of the students, the discussion extended for nearly two hours.

In the end, Mr. Ajai explained to the participants as to what they did right and what needed to be improved. Participants found the workshop very informative and Educative.
