Industrial Visit to Mother Diary

An industrial visit to Mother Dairy Plant at Patparganj, was arranged for the students of Times Business School, Delhi campus on September 18.

Mother Dairy is one of the largest liquid milk manufacturers in Asia. Presently, Mother Diary sells more than 28 lakh liters of milk per day. They offer a range of products like flavored milk, plain curd, lassi, sweetened curd etc.

The students and faculty members were welcomed on arrival by Mr. Jose. After initial introduction, a presentation was given by him as to how the milk was processed. The students were very much impressed by the presentation and asked questions which were answered by Mr. Jose to their satisfaction. Mr. Jose also explained the quality control procedures and how the prescribed standards are maintained.

The students had a taste of the milk and ice-cream at the end of the visit. The students found the visit very informative about a vital product of daily consumption.
