BBA Program at tbs is a quality program to channelize the unbounded inquisitiveness of bright young minds into different management fields to enhance their professional skill development and employability. The program is designed to provide both a portfolio of strong functional skills and the ability to apply , adapt and integrate those skills in different management settings. The program facilitates a systematic understanding of management related problems and conceptual tools for analyzing and evaluating management issues. BBA Program is directed towards enhancing the potential of young bright minds in management field. The program is designed to give an early mover advantage in understanding the management concepts. The program facilitates a systematic conceptual tools for analyzing and evaluating management issues.TBS offers a Three-Years Full-Time (BBA) program for 10+2 students. It is designed to give rise to future professionals rather than mere degree holders. The course provides basic understanding about management education. The students are prepared to explore opportunities being newly created in management profession.

It has a completely different approach to learning going beyond bookish knowledge. Instead it sharpens managerial skills through presentations, case studies, industry visits, guest lectures by professionals and experts, that helps deal with real life situations better.TBS has consciously adopted the industry interactive pattern of education so as to equip the students with requisite skills to meet the industry requirement. This program will provide a unique opportunity to the students to learn the concepts and simultaneously practice the same in actual industry environment.

Program Design

A three-year full time BBA program (Bachelor in Business Administration) is divided into three years. It is directed at preparing participants for the challenges of supervisory and middle-level management position in the industry. The program offers general business courses to broaden the prospective manager's knowledge in areas of business management. BBA program consists of the following papers year-wise:

In Company Training

As per the scheme and syllabus of BBA , every student has to undergo in-company training for 6 to 8 weeks. During the in-company training, the student will learn the functioning and practices prevailing in the corporate world. This helps the students to in translating theory into practice. The salient features of the training are:

  • The training will be in a private limited company/public limited company/Government institution
  • Student should choose for training any of the functional areas of management
  • The training should be supervised and certified by some executive of the organization
  • The student will submit a Training Report in the prescribed format for evaluation.

Eligibility

Students seeking admission to the program should have passed successfully 10+2 Examinations of a recognized Board. The decision of the University will be considered as final.Students appearing in the Final Examinations can also apply for provisional admission.
